Jeanine joined Dewart Gleason after articling at Canada’s largest private sector union. Her practice includes labour law, employment law, human rights law, and civil litigation.
Jeanine completed her Juris Doctor degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, Jeanine was a caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services, where she advocated on behalf of low-income workers in the Parkdale community. She also worked as a summer student at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee and spent a summer abroad, interning at a legal aid organization in Bangkok, Thailand.
Prior to law, Jeanine worked in the social service sector and obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree from York University.
In her free time Jeanine enjoys karaoke and spending time with family, which usually go hand in hand.
