Megan Phyper

Megan joined the firm in 2022 after working as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Her practice focuses on union-side labour law and civil litigation.

Megan earned her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Megan was a caseworker in the workers’ rights division at Parkdale Community Legal Services, was a senior editor on the Journal of Law and Social Policy, and worked as a research assistant for the Canadian Forum on Civil Justice. Megan also volunteered with Fair Change Community Services, advocating at the Ontario Court of Justice for street-involved individuals who received tickets from police or by-law officers.

In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, kickboxing, and spending time with her dog.
