Amani Rauff
Amani joined Dewart Gleason after articling at a prominent union-side labour law firm. She practices in union-side labour law, employment law, and civil litigation.
Amani completed her law degree at the University of Toronto. During this time she worked and volunteered for the Industrial Accident Victims’ Group of Ontario, representing workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and its Appeals Tribunal. She co-authored a background paper for a successful challenge to a policy that limited benefits to injured migrant workers. She also served as an editor-in-chief for her law school’s student newspaper.
Outside of work, Amani enjoys climbing and canoeing, and pretends to enjoy running.
