Chetan joined Dewart Gleason as an associate in 2023. His practice focuses on labour law, employment law and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Dewart Gleason, Chetan spent many years in the legal clinic system, focused on workers’ rights and public interest litigation. He has delivered guest lectures and spoken at conferences, addressing topics such as occupational health and safety standards,workers’ compensation, and discrimination in the workplace.

Outside of law, Chetan was the past chairperson for the Alliance for South Asian AIDS Prevention and continues to serve as a board member.

When not at his desk, you can usually find Chetan zipping around Toronto on his bike, munching on popcorn at the movies or sampling new restaurants in every corner of the city.
