Hannah Walters-Vida

Hannah joined Dewart Gleason as an associate after articling with the firm. She practices in union-side labour law, employment law, and civil litigation.

Hannah earned her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Hannah worked as a student caseworker in the housing rights division of Parkdale Community Legal Services. She worked alongside organized tenants’ unions and appeared on behalf of tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Hannah also worked in the housing division of South Etobicoke Community Legal Services and the social assistance division of West Toronto Community Legal Services. As a student, Hannah also worked at a prominent immigration and refugee law firm.

While in law school, Hannah served as an editor on the Journal of Law and Social Policy and was involved in the Osgoode Hall Law Union.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys biking, camping, and crocheting.
