Grace joined Dewart Gleason as an associate after articling with the firm.  She practices in union-side labour law, employment law and civil litigation.

Grace completed her law degree at the University of Toronto.  While in law school, she assisted workers and tenants in fighting for their legal rights as a caseworker with Advocates for Injured Workers and with the employment and housing divisions of Downtown Legal Services.  She also volunteered for the University of Toronto chapters of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and Pro Bono Students Canada, and was active in the University of Toronto Law Union. 

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, improvising on the piano, and playing frisbee with her dog.
